Dean M. Krutty
Dean M. Krutty became our President and Chief Executive Officer in March 2018 after having served as our acting Chief Executive Officer since January 2017. Mr. Krutty became President of our Training and Simulation Division in January 2005, after having spent the prior thirteen years as a member of the FAAC management team, and was promoted to Arotech’s Senior Vice President, Operations – North America in January 2015 and Executive Vice President, Operations – North America in June 2016. He began his career at FAAC as an electrical engineer in FAAC’s part task trainer division and served as FAAC’s Director of Operations prior to becoming its President. He also has significant experience managing programs in the training and simulation industry. Mr. Krutty holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Michigan State University.
Kurt Flosky
Kurt Flosky has been President of our Training & Simulation Division since January 2015, after having spent the prior 10 years serving as its Executive Vice President with ten additional years as member of FAAC’s senior management team. He has been with the organization since 1990 with extensive experience in program management and business development within the training and simulation arena. Mr. Flosky holds a M.S and B.S. in aerospace engineering from the University of Michigan. As President, Mr. Flosky oversees and directs the overall functioning of the company to include implementing corporate policy and process to ensure quality and promote productivity. He is also responsible for the preparation of the corporate business plan, overarching corporate strategy, and annual goals.
Jeffrey Parker
Executive Chairman
In April of 2020, Mr. Parker was appointed Executive Chairman of Arotech Corporation to assist with indigenous growth as well as on-going M&A functions. Mr. Parker brings a background heavy in Aerospace and Defense contracting and operational aerospace execution. Prior to coming to Arotech, he created the tactical airborne services industry through the founding of Airborne Tactical Advantage Corp (ATAC), now owned by Textron Corp. Under Mr. Parker’s leadership, and through multiple successful rounds of P/E funding, the tactical airborne services industry grew from near zero to a $6B industry.
Prior to founding ATAC, Mr. Parker was an officer in the US Air Force, graduating with a BS from the USAF Academy in 1988. He has accumulated nearly 4,000 flight hours in a variety of high-performance aircraft including the T-37, T-38, F-16, MiG-15, L-39, Lear 25/35, F-35 Draken and the F-21 Kfir.
Christopher Garvey
Mr. Garvey joined Arotech in May 2020. Prior to Arotech, Mr. Garvey was C.F.O. for a Tier 1 automotive supplier and Controller for a government contractor. He also brings years of public accounting experience, primarily in manufacturing sectors, auditing and performing due diligence on both public and privately held companies. Mr. Garvey holds a BA in Accounting from Hillsdale College and is a registered C.P.A. in the State of Michigan.
Yaakov Har-Oz
Yaakov Har-Oz has served as our Vice President and General Counsel since October 2000 and as our corporate Secretary since December 2000; in December 2005 Mr. Har-Oz was promoted to Senior Vice President. From 1994 until October 2000, Mr. Har-Oz was a partner in the Jerusalem law firm of Ben-Ze’ev, Hacohen & Co. Prior to moving to Israel in 1993, he was an administrative law judge and in private law practice in New York. Mr. Har-Oz holds a B.A. from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts and a J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School (where he was an editor of the law review) in Nashville, Tennessee. He is a member of the New York bar and the Israel Chamber of Advocates.
