May 10, 2005 - Arotech Corporation (NasdaqNM: ARTX) announced today that it will host a conference call to discuss its first quarter, 2005 results tomorrow, Wednesday May 11 at 10:00 a.m. ET. Arotech will publish its results prior to the conference call.

Arotech also announced today that it will timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2005, with the SEC on or before Monday, May 16, 2005.
